Overview

Have you been recently diagnosed with cancer and are now wondering what you can do to manage your life during and after treatment? Perhaps you know someone with cancer and you’re not sure how to offer your support, or you’ve completed cancer treatment and are now redefining your life after cancer, or maybe you want to decrease your cancer risk or of having a recurrence. Each cancer story is unique but the path to wellness and healing is best shared.

The Center for Hope and Healing (CHH) provides some of those answers through educational programs and workshops, survivorship activities, and connections to organizations who can provide the resources to help you throughout your cancer journey. At CHH, we believe that cancer impacts more than physical health; it also impacts psychological, emotional, financial and spiritual well-being. We seek to connect anyone with the resources they need to ensure holistic health and healing.

Center for Hope & Healing (CHH) – Volunteers are available to answer questions and share information about resources and programs available at CHH and throughout the community.

Survivorship Activities at CHH – Our free survivorship program includes educational lectures, healthy lifestyle workshops and hands-on healing programs for anyone impacted by cancer – regardless of where treated, when or for what type of cancer. See our calendar for upcoming events.

Survivorship Programs in the Community – The programs held at CHH are just a small sampling of what is available in our community. We provide an online Cancer Connections Calendar which highlights and links to resources throughout the Upstate.

Hope & Healing for Everyone – Living with cancer goes beyond just dealing with the immediate stressors of treatment. It can also include re-imagining the future, dealing with loss and seeking opportunities for decreasing risk for cancer or its recurrence. We offer many programs focused on overall health and well-being.
