The Upstate Cancer Network

The Upstate Cancer Network is a collaboration of 20+ cancer groups committed to working together to shape the future of cancer survivorship care and improve the quality of life of cancer survivors as they transition from treatment to recovery. They provide free programs within the Center for Hope & Healing (CHH) and the community, help train volunteers in the Survivorship Center, and provide leadership for survivorship events such as Cancer Survivors Day.
